This class will focus on the basics of jazz technique, strengthening our bodies, increasing our flexibility and also playing with some choreography! A fun one hour class on a Sunday night to let go of your Sunday scaries and be ready for your week ahead. Open to all humans, class level is beginning - intermediate.
