About Class
Monday, April 10th// 10:00 - 11:30AM Contemporary Floor Work offers a playful and focused approach to understanding the mechanics to move efficiently and safely in-and-out of the floor. Through anatomy and imagery, we will use connections to find alignment, strength, and momentum. We will move smoothly from high to low playing with the partnership to gravity and building trust with the down low. In class, all agree to be supportive, investigative, and playful while taking care of themselves and sharing the space with others. All levels and dance experiences are welcome! (Ages 15+) *Dancers should come with a basic understanding of how to roll to the floor safely. //LIMITED SPOTS// Drop-in Only// $20 Dress Code -Long pants and long sleeves are recommended.
