Come explore the notion of doing less and restore more// Mindful Movement is a somatics-based class which empowers movers towards a deeper understanding of how our patterns manifest in our bodies and how we can transform them by slowing down, tuning in and centering the process over product. Mindful Movement is directly influenced by the Feldenkrais Method, Alexander Technique and Ashtanga/The 8 Limbs of Yoga. Falling in line with the integrity of the practice of mindfulness and awareness, we will reference original sources and center the necessity of utilizing these practices outside of the classroom and in our daily lives. //LIMITED SPOTS// Dress Code -Masks Required -No Black Soled Shoes -Athletic wear -Clean studio shoes or socks
