​The School at Open Space offers a 7-week summer session designed to keep dancers inspired, growing, and connected. Classes are held at The Station and provide developmentally appropriate dance training for ages 2–16. Whether trying dance for the first time or advancing their technique, students can build confidence and strengthen skills all summer long.

Summer Camps
5 Day Camps ages 6 to 11 // AUG 10 - 21, 2026​
The School at Open Space offers summer camps for dancers who love to move, create, and perform. Each camp includes classes in ballet, jazz, improvisation, and dance-making, alongside arts & crafts, story telling and games. Camp culminates in a studio showing for families, where dancers share what they’ve learned and what they’ve created together in just five days.

Mini Creatives
Our Mini Creatives Division is the perfect introduction to dance for your youngest movers. These classes offer a joyful, age-appropriate entry into movement and imagination in a studio setting. Through creative exploration, storytelling, music, and play, dancers develop mind-body awareness, confidence, and social-emotional skills—laying a strong foundation for future learning, both in and out of the studio.

Little Artists
The Little Artists Division offers a joyful, age-appropriate introduction to dance for young movers, welcoming both beginners and those continuing from early childhood programs. Dancers can explore a combination of ballet and jazz.

Junior Artists
Designed for students entering or enrolled in Level 4A and 4B. The Junior Artists Division is a preparatory level to our pre-professional training track, designed for dancers ready to commit more time and focus to their training—while still enjoying the supportive and encouraging environment established in our Little Artists Division classes.​ Prior experience is recommended. Young Artists
Designed for students entering or enrolled in Levels 5 and 6. Level 5 students should also plan to attend Space Camp II, Level 6 students should plan to attend Space Camp I in addition to summer classes.
The Young Artists Division is a pre-professional training track designed to prepare young people for both professional and collegiate dance careers in dance, while fostering a positive, rigorous, and inspiring training environment. Our goal is to develop not only strong technicians but also lifelong supporters of the arts.
